Refunds and Returns

At Greenvy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality plants and exceptional service. Due to the fragile nature of our products, orders cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind. We encourage thoughtful selection when purchasing.

Each plant is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the event your plant is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, initiate a claim with our courier for a possible replacement or partial refund.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your order or have concerns about the quality of your plants, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We aim to resolve all matters promptly and to your satisfaction.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us before your purchase is packaged for delivery. Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel the shipment.

To request a refund, please email grow@greenvy.co.nz within three days of delivery, including your reason for the request and any necessary supporting photos.
